Baby Elphaba, A Fairy Tale and Fable Doll

 

This is Little Elphaba, with her ruby slippers. She is a fairy tale and fable style doll with living green skin and a dark grey glass eye. Her hair is jet black wool tops and her facial features are hand embroidered.
She sports a charcoal grey felt witch hat with green and purple leaves while her dress is a Moda Grunge black cotton called Onyx. Peeping beneath her dress are Liberty print petticoats in purple and green with a black tulle underskirt. She is wearing her purple lined black felt cloak for a midnight walk under the stars. Her tiny boots match her hat and are in charcoal wool felt. She was a joy to make and is coming with me to Liverpool Alternative Bazaar on the 4th of May.
