Sylvain, A Frosted Forest Mouse

 

Sylvain and her companions are my Christmas indulgance. I must admit I do love silver and gold for Christmas. This trio of little mice are dressed in Makower Scandi Trees in two shade of grey and metallic gold. Teamed with a pewter Essex linen and yarn dyed Japanese cottons they make for a cool Christmas look I have called Frosted Forest.

Each mouse has a piece of quartz crystal to their heart, like a tiny shard of ice with lavender in their stuffing. Finished with golden organza ribbon and tiny leather shoes.

Crimson, A Winter Berry Mouse

 

Crimson (Sold now thank you) is one of the first Christmas mice of the season. A rich berry dress with a russet wool cape lined with Japanese yarn dye cotton. She is well wrapped up and ready for the chill of winter.
Each of these Winter Berry mice has citrine to their heart with frankensense and rose petals to their stuffing, finished with red leather shoes and lots of tiny red buttons. A very berry start to the Christmas season for me xx

Iolo, A Midnight Gentleman Mouse

 

Little Iolo is a gentleman midnight mouse, dressed in yarn dyed cottons and Essex linen with a Makower Grove print waistcoat. He has a piece of quartz to his heart with rose petals to his stuffing. A tiny leather tail peeps out of his plus fours and he is finished with tiny buttons, leather shoes and a sampler sachet. He was a joy to make xx

Hawthorn, A Midnight Mouse in a Winter Cape

 

Hawthorn is a little midnight mouse in a winter cape. Dressed in a Makower Scenic called Grove, in her wool cape she is ready for a walk in the hedgerows. With stout shoes and striped legs, black tulle underskirts and a little black sampler sachet she is wrapped up warmly for anything the weeather can bring.
She has snowflake obsidian to her steady heart with rose petals for a gentle scent. Grey whiskers and a black leather tail she is a little sweetie all ready for blustery days xx
